Full Time Faculty -Assistant or Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity (Remote)

Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and related disciplines
Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders
Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally
Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership
Other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean
Qualification
Required
Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or other closely related field
Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards
Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment
Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS
Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention
Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines
Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue
Must reside in the United States
Preferred
Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or other closely related field
Possession of relevant certifications: Cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, CySA+, or GIAC). Artificial Intelligence (e.g., cloud AI/ML, AI governance, or AI security credentials such as AWS/Azure/Google ML, IAPP AIGP, ISC2 AI, or GIAC MLAT)
Experience designing programs aligned with CAE, ABET, or NICE guidelines
Current industry or applied experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, security operations, cloud security, governance/risk/compliance, or penetration testing
Involvement in related professional and academic associations
Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment
