They are seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide ongoing care for dialysis patients, ensuring their treatment stays on track while also covering staffing needs across various locations.

Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track
Work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care
Cover high-priority staffing needs as determined by the business
Be deployed to dialysis dens nationwide
Provide PCT coverage for situations like new dialysis den launches, increased patient census, PTO/ Leave of Absence coverage that is over 1 week in duration, or covering after a teammate's termination
Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment
Meet and/or exceed clinical outcomes while multitasking to meet the needs of the service, the patients and our SNF partners
Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
MUST SHOW A VALID AND ACTIVE CCHT ON THE NNCC WEBSITE
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Preferred
An Ohio Certified Dialysis Technician certification is a plus!
