Sales Solution Manager

Responsibilities
Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through close
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Serve as a subject-matter expert on products, services, and customer use cases
Lead complex sales conversations with senior-level stakeholders
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and presentations
Maintain a comprehensive vision of company goals
Other duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B or consultative selling environments, insurance, healthcare, or tech industries a plus
Very strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, written and spoken, with extremely high emotional intelligence
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Professional virtual presentation skills and on-camera presence required
Professional, distraction-free home office setup suitable for video calls and reliable internet connection
Adept at problem-solving, quick-thinking, and grace under fire
High level of professionalism and business acumen
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Fluent written and oral English skills
