Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of job set-up documentation in compliance with contract
Responsible for management and maintenance of the project job costing data
Participating in the preparation of customer invoicing complete with appropriate back-up and approvals
Participating in the preparation of intercompany invoicing complete with appropriate back-up and approvals
Responsible for helping Payroll address payroll errors through Costpoint
Responsible for assigning job codes, PLCs, and H&W to labor in Costpoint
Responsible for job close tasks including thorough review of historical cost data to ensure proper cost coding, compliance with contract and inclusion of all job costs
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field is desirable, but 2-4 years equivalent experience will be considered
Computer skills required: Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
