They are seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter / Clinician Partner responsible for building long-term relationships with travel nurses and guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and place travel nurses across multiple specialties and facilities
Build and maintain long-term clinician relationships as a trusted partner and advocate
Actively source candidates through outbound calling, texting, and digital platforms
Educate clinicians on assignments, pay packages, and compliance requirements
Manage a full-cycle recruiting desk with clear performance metrics
Collaborate with internal sales and credentialing teams to ensure smooth placements
Qualification
Required
Prior travel nurse recruiting or healthcare staffing experience preferred
Proven success in a sales or quota-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, texts, email)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare staffing workflows and compliance is a plus
