Responsibilities
Managing and operating cloud infrastructure supporting ShelterZoom applications and integrated third-party services
Designing, implementing and supporting CI/CD tools and processes
Advising on selecting and using tools and services and application architecture
Working closely with development teams to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient testing, release, and deployment workflows
Ensuring operational security across infrastructure and deployments, including the use of appropriate tooling, access controls, and monitoring
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of equivalent work-related experience
Solid AWS experience (certification is a bonus)
Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker and other CNCF technologies
Experience with CI/CD technologies, preferably with GitLab CI/CD
Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
Experience with Terraform and IaC model
Experience implementing and running application monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Ability to work with JSON, YAML, XML files
Experience building Docker containers
Experience building and deploying NodeJS and Go applications
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and concepts
At least basic knowledge of Kafka, Vault, Traefik
Solid Linux/UNIX administration skills
Top priority skills are AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform
Preferred
Basic knowledge of blockchain technologies and Hyperledger Fabric
Healthcare IT experience at a health tech company
Experience working in a SaaS company
Mission-critical experience
Location preference: Miami, Florida, or the surrounding region
