Responsibilities
Program,Set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce high-quality aerospace components
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize production processes
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience operating CNC machines
Thorough understanding and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with Fanuc G-code programming and machine setup
Preferred
5 + years preferred experience programming and operating CNC lathe machines
Experience with aerospace-grade materials such as Inconel and aluminum
Knowledge of precision machining techniques
Familiarity with inspection equipment such as calipers, gages etc
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Conceptual Skill, Process Improvement, Functional and technical Skills, Tooling, Coordination and Measuring Equipment
Self-Motivated, willing to grow with the organization
