Associate Director, Legal Affairs
Norwich Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Director of Legal Affairs responsible for commercial contracts, M&A, and corporate matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, engaging in M&A activities, and assisting with corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, development & license agreements, asset purchase agreements, and service agreements
Engaging in all aspects of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence and contract drafting and negotiation
Assisting with corporate matters, including inter-company, lender, and credit agreements, and Company organization
Opportunity to assist with other legal and compliance tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate, eligible for NJ in-house counsel license
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience practicing at a law firm or as in-house counsel
Ability to spot and analyze legal issues, make independent decisions and exercise independent judgment in performance of duties consistent with instructions and oversight by supervisor
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across the Company and to perform tasks in compliance with applicable law and ethical rules
Preferred
