Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
Conduct client intake meetings and maintain regular client communication
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages
Take and defend depositions (litigation roles)
Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to move files efficiently
Prepare cases for trial as needed
Qualification
Required
Active Nevada Bar license (required)
Strong negotiation and case management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1+ years of personal injury experience preferred (pre-lit or litigation)
Recently licensed attorneys ok to apply
Trial experience is a plus but not required
