Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft, Linux, VMware, and Azure resources
Install and configure Windows servers
Support users and ensure reliable server performance
Oversee virtualization (VMware Server/ESX)
Maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure
Apply expertise in Application Insights, Azure services, Databricks and DevOps
Provide technical support and resolve server-related issues
Debug and maintain Windows programs for end users
Review backups, error logs, and resolve system errors
Monitor and optimize performance, set proactive alerts
Maintain system security and address vulnerabilities
Ensure compliance with IT standards and policies
Participate in troubleshooting, on-call, and after-hours support
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience in Windows administration
At least 2 years working with Azure
Skilled in Windows/Linux administration and virtualization (VMware)
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Preferred
Azure certification preferred
Experience with Azure, Windows Server, and DevOps
Familiar with monitoring tools and backup/disaster recovery - Rubrik, Azure backup vault
Automation: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell/Bash scripting
