Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership on pitches, prototypes, and presentations to win new business
Translate complex client challenges into strong product and experience concepts
Lead end-to-end digital product design, setting the creative vision and quality bar
Design AI-informed products and workflows that balance intelligence with craft
Present and partner directly with senior client stakeholders
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ship high-quality work
Mentor designers, lead critiques, and help build a high-performing design team
Qualification
Required
10+ years in digital product design, with 5+ years in design leadership roles
A portfolio of shipped products at scale that drove real business outcomes
Experience contributing to and winning new business through pitches and prototyping
Strong client-facing presence with senior stakeholders
Comfort operating in complex, enterprise environments
Hands-on experience designing products that incorporate AI meaningfully
High standards for craft, systems thinking, and team development
Preferred
Experience across multiple industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare, retail, B2B, consumer tech)
Recognition for high-quality design work
Strong perspective on how AI is reshaping product design
