Responsibilities

Operationalize the employer brand (Employee Value Proposition, messaging pillars, visuals, tone) into reusable toolkits, templates, and guidance for recruiters and hiring managers; drive global consistency with local nuance
Stand up governance for careers branding (naming conventions, review/approval flows, content shelf life, accessibility and privacy checks, brand/legal signoff)
Embed inclusive recruitment standards and pre‑approved JD/posting language into workflows and templates
Partner with TA Technology & HRIS to implement careers site changes and integrations (ATS, CRM, referral, analytics), ensuring a coherent candidate journey across regions and languages. This includes the globally coordinated careers site/referral process alignment
Localize and maintain content libraries (role profiles, team pages, day in the life, ERG stories, early careers content), ensuring brand fidelity and compliance in each market
Operationalize social and hiring manager activation (e.g., LinkedIn posts using preapproved templates and data privacy guardrails)
Coordinate with PMO and workstream leads across the wider HR transformation to keep brand, technology, and process changes synchronized
Drive UAT and enablement on behalf of the project
Define KPIs and dashboards across the funnel (traffic, source mix, conversion, application quality, time to apply, DEI reach, referral yield)
Oversee brand and content QA (spot checks, broken links, localization quality, accessibility conformance)
Partner with ATS/CRM and creative/content vendors to deliver on roadmap as well as hold partners accountable to SLAs and budget
Build strong working relationships with regional TA leads, Campus & Early Careers, Corporate Communications & Brand, Legal & Compliance, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure alignment and risk aware‑execution

Required

5-8 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Employer Branding with implementation experience across multiple regions
Demonstrated success operationalizing an EVP and careers brand across a careers site, job ads, social, and events in a complex organization (financial services preferred)
Platform fluency: Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters or similar), careers-site CMS tools, analytics, and collaboration systems, with the ability to translate brand requirements into effective platform configurations or user stories
Compliance mindset: Familiarity with data privacy (e.g., GDPR), global marketing consent, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and financial-services brand-risk considerations, with comfort partnering closely with Legal/Compliance and Information Security teams
Excellent written and visual communication; ability to produce concise toolkits, templates, and training that scale

Preferred

Experience coordinating early careers branding and events with campus teams and ERGs
Exposure to global HR transformations (operating model/process alignment, systems implementation) and working with consulting partners
Strong project management skills (workplans, stakeholder forums, dependency/risk management); comfort engaging PMO/governance routines in enterprise programs
Familiarity with financial-services hiring personas, risk controls, and regulated content approvals
