Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns and culture initiatives
Assist with corporate social responsibility programs, including content creation and logistics coordination
Help plan and execute internal and external events, handling logistics such as vendor coordination, materials ordering, and onsite support
Support campaign execution tasks including content distribution, email coordination, and performance tracking
Assist with marketing operations including reporting, data pulls, and project management
Coordinate branded merchandise ordering and inventory management
Assist with internal and external communications projects
Provide general marketing support across demand generation, content development, and other team priorities
All other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies
Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
You are a strategic thinker: you dive deep into what you're marketing and dive deeper into the mind of your target audience to deeply understand their needs
You are analytical: you take a data driven approach to solving problems and creating business recommendations
You are hands-on: you have a hands-on attitude and achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk
Strong learning ability and willingness to take on new challenges
Comfortable coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to travel within the U.S
