Business Development Manager
Metric Geo is partnered with an automation and controls system integrator focusing on expanding into new markets, particularly in Oil and Gas and Water/Wastewater. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and growing existing accounts in these sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategy across water and wastewater utilities / Oil and Gas
Identify, pursue, and close new automation and SCADA opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with municipal utilities, industrial clients, and EPC partners
Support oil & gas and industrial automation opportunities as needed
Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to scope solutions and proposals
Position cloud-based, open-architecture SCADA and control solutions to end users
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals
Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and regional forums
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience selling in either the Oil & Gas or Water & Wastewater markets
