Responsibilities
Participating in field observations of construction projects and preparing daily field reports
Assisting in the review of Contractor shop drawing submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Order Proposals (COPs), and Pay Applications
Assisting in the review of plans, specifications, and other technical documents prepared by Pace’s Architectural and Engineering consultants
Assisting in the preparation of sketches and concept plans for Pace facilities
Assisting in the preparation and review of construction cost estimates
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record history
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management or other related field
Must demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods
