Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI Strategy: Own the end-to-end product interface experience and visual design strategy for all current and future systems across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand behaviors, pain points, and expectations; iterate on designs based on feedback and data
Design Execution: Create user journeys, personas, user flows, wireframes, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other design tools
Design Systems: Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and comprehensive design documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into user-centered designs; work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and provide guidance throughout the development cycle
Design Methodology: Apply design thinking principles and UX best practices throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring designs are both user-focused and technically feasible
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools strategically within the design workflow to enhance efficiency and improve user experience outcomes
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in UX/UI design
Additional Duties: Support other design-related initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years strong experience in UX Design and user-centered design principles
Hands-on expertise with Figma
Solid experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Design Thinking methodologies
Basic understanding of UI development and front-end constraints
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative, startup environment is a plus
Preferred
Healthcare background
Degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
