This full-time opportunity during Summer Break offers law students practical legal experience while working closely with the Director of Corporate Counsel and gaining exposure to various facets of the company.

Assist Director of Corporate Counsel in the preparation of memoranda, position statements, contracts and agreements, including master services, licensing, professional services, and vendor agreements

Required

Current law students attending an ABA-approved law school in the United States who have completed their first or second year(s)

Proficient in Microsoft word processing software, Microsoft spreadsheet software, and able to quickly master and demonstrate proficiency with applicable databases, systems, and vendor software programs

Exceptional academic credentials

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail

Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Able to take direction and effectively partner with legal and non-legal personnel

Able to synthesize complex and diverse information and identify items requiring additional information or action
