The role involves developing controls and monitoring programs to ensure compliance of products sold on Walmart.com, as well as drafting policies related to prohibited items.

Responsibilities

Supports the development of controls for our eCommerce platform by working with subject matter experts, legal, business teams, and others to understand compliance needs
Works with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to monitor items sold on Walmart.com
Helps support the creation of guidance and policy for Walmart’s marketplace prohibited products policy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
1+ years of experience on Legal or Regulatory Compliance teams
Data Analytics & Visualization skills - Excel experience is required, Tableau, Power BI
Strong communication skills
Action-oriented, resourceful, and work with initiative
Organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements
