The role involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods while maintaining communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Work with Sourcing, Procurement and Project Management teams to understand what their priorities are
Proactively follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgements, expediting, order status, logistics requirements, and delivery status
Work with the cross-functional teams like Engineering, Sourcing, and Project Controls to ensure on-time delivery of documents required to be obtained from suppliers
Present status updates to Project Managers via weekly cadence as well as ad hoc
Work with procurement team to initiate Goods Receipt process upon appropriate incoterm timing
Support the Procurement team with clean up and maintenance activities in the ERP system
Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement and logistics management
Ability to track Purchase Orders from submission to delivery
Strong communication skills to interface with Project Procurement & Logistics Manager and Project Manager
Proficiency in coordinating with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements and delivery status
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sourcing, and Project Controls
Ability to present status updates to Project Managers
Familiarity with ERP systems for procurement activities
