Responsibilities
Lead Maintenance Execution: Supervise daily routine, turnaround, and emergency maintenance activities while ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and high-quality repair
Develop & Manage the Team: Coach and train mechanics, manage performance and labor processes, and foster a strong safety-first, high-engagement culture
Improve Reliability & Performance: Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve equipment reliability, maintenance workflows, KPIs, and material readiness while maintaining GMP standards
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years in a chemical or manufacturing environment with 1+ year of maintenance supervisory experience
Strong mechanical background (pumps, seals, gearboxes, rotating equipment)
Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and respond effectively to non-routine and emergency situations
