Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, with a focus on primarily civil and structural engineering roles
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to identify and attract top talent
Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure cultural fit
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates
Oversee the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding
Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular reports on progress
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Required

Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in civil engineering recruitment
Some College
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Deep knowledge of talent acquisition processes, especially recruiting engineering roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
Ability to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
Skilled in managing offers and candidate expectations
Ensure accuracy in all recruitment activities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in engineering recruitment
