Responsibilities
Develop and enhance payroll integrations based on functional specifications
Troubleshoot payroll integration defects and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
Maintain and update documentation for integrations
Follow change control procedures for integration modifications
Provide clear, business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data quality
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
Ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
Preferred
Experience with APIs, middleware, or scripting (SQL, Power Query, Python)
Experience in Scrum/Agile teams, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management
Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) or AI-driven code tools
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
