High Volume Recruiter

The role involves screening a high volume of candidates, implementing staffing processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Screen a high-volume number of candidates each week (40-50 on average) and move them swiftly through the remaining stages of the recruitment process
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)
Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement
Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume recruitment experience
Proven success achieving recruitment metrics including conducting 30 or more screens each week
Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
Extreme sense of urgency
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
