Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area
3 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization related technologies
3–6 years supporting enterprise infrastructure, AV/UC systems, or end-user compute environments
Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and working in ITIL-aligned service models
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, device management, endpoint monitoring, and enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, room systems)
Ability to diagnose issues across hardware, software, and network layers and drive issues to resolution
Comfortable working across support, engineering, vendors, and facilities teams

Preferred

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Familiarity with assistive technologies
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
Experience in creating accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines
