Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution of global logistics movements across commercial and clinical supply chains
Serve as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers, brokers, and freight forwarders
Manage import/export activities and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Troubleshoot shipment exceptions, customs delays, and documentation issues
Partner closely with Quality to support deviation documentation and product integrity reviews
Support both routine shipments and non-routine, one-off logistics requests
Track vendor performance and support KPI monitoring
Maintain accurate shipping and compliance documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on supply chain or logistics experience
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments
Strong working knowledge of global import/export processes and compliance
Experience managing or partnering closely with 3PLs and logistics providers
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and resolve complex shipment issues
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
