Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WMS modules and interfaces
Lead the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, etc.)
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors
Manage defects using tools such as JIRA and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and issues
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Generate QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting
Support performance and load testing to ensure WMS and interfaces scalability and responsiveness
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Warehouse Management System (WMS) QA Lead with deep expertise in WMS and supply chain technology solutions
Hands on automation experience, good knowledge in Java (OOPS) and SQL
Hands on Experience with AP/interface testing
Be able to Coordinate with multiple teams
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WMS modules and interfaces
Lead the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, etc.)
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors
Manage defects using tools such as JIRA and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and issues
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects

Hands on testing experience in WMS platform like (Manhattan etc.), with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and system integrations
Experience with API/interface testing and automation frameworks (like Selenium) for WMS testing
Experience with cloud-based WMS platforms and SaaS testing strategies
Experience with interface testing (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Postman)
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA Zephyr, QTest etc)
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Memphis
Support performance and load testing efforts to validate system scalability and responsiveness
Exposure to robotic distribution center (DC) automation
