Office Administrator
Mid-America Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical contractor looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This role involves supporting a fast-paced service operation by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling electrical service appointments
Book and dispatch jobs to field technicians
Prepare and submit permit applications
Maintain organized records, documentation, and correspondence
Support billing, job tracking, and other administrative duties
Coordinate with management and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
Qualification
Required
Prior office or administrative experience (experience in construction/trades a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability
Preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
