Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies for a cross-functional engineering team
Own execution plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery forecasting
Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to align roadmaps and priorities
Drive clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical project or program management experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience, acting as a Scrum Lead
Background working in a media or streaming technology environment
Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives without direct authority
Expertise with Jira and Confluence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting
Ability to identify risks early, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
Preferred
Sports or sports media experience
Experience supporting interactive or data-driven video experiences
Familiarity with backend systems, personalization, or ML-driven platforms
Scrum certification (CSM or CSP)
