Responsibilities

Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation
Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates
Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs
Support compliance activities by maintaining compliance tracking systems and implementation of remediation activities / change management
Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Critical thinking skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities
Research skills for gathering and synthesizing information
Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, professional documentation
