Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach Operations Managers and frontline leaders across established, multi-location markets, with accountability for operational performance, financial results, and team development
Drive operational efficiency and revenue growth by setting and optimizing KPIs across service, parts, and rental functions, including responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
Oversee branch operations to ensure consistency, productivity, and quality customer service across regions
Develop and execute market-level operational and business strategies, translating strategic objectives into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with sales, service, and support teams to deliver differentiated, client-focused solutions, resolve complex operational or customer issues, and drive continuous improvement

Required

8-10 years of experience in operations or commercial leadership roles, including at least 5 years of success leading and developing front-line managers responsible for day-to-day operations, with accountability for performance across multiple locations or a regional footprint
Experience managing established or mature markets, with a demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, drive revenue growth, and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L results
Ability to develop and execute market and business strategies and translate them into clear priorities and results
Strong understanding of products and services, with the ability to develop differentiated, client-focused solutions
Sound problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, including competitive awareness and market positioning
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field preferred
