Responsibilities
Complete analysis of finished products from current co-packing facilities
Conduct product testing which includes visual assessment, flavor & tasting, and physical measuring of the following attributes: Brix, acid, pH, color & CO2
Accurately record test results onto excel spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related field of study
3-5 years of experience in lab environment
Computer operating skills and Microsoft Office Suite experience
Able to operate basic lab equipment including refractometer, pH meter, digital burette, carboQC, etc
Basic math and calculator skills
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in a beverage manufacturing laboratory
