Responsibilities

Lead & Close: Own the full new home sales cycle—from proactive prospecting and self-sourced lead generation to confidently presenting homes, options, and upgrades, guiding buyers through semi-custom decisions while protecting margin and delivering an exceptional customer experience through contract and close
Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge
Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Maintain disciplined daily and weekly CRM activity to manage pipeline health, follow-up cadence, and forecasting accuracy
Relationship-Based Selling: Build and sustain strong referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and local business partners to drive repeat and referral business
Community Leadership: Shape builder decisions through strategic, expert-level community management, including sales performance insights and presentation of quarterly business plans to builder partners
On-Site Sales Expertise & Traffic Generation: Act as the on-site sales expert, representing the community with professionalism while leveraging personal branding, social media, and local outreach to generate traffic beyond provided leads

Required

Must work onsite, weekends required
3+ years in residential real estate or new home sales with a consistent record of high performance
Sales ownership; Prospecting and self-generated business; Relationship-based selling; Follow-up discipline; Resilience and coachability
Proficient with CRM systems, presentation tools, email/text communication platforms, and social media; AI-enabled tools a plus
Pennsylvania real estate license
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
