Responsibilities
Provide technical support for quarterly emissions data reporting (EDR) services, including:
Generating 40 CFR Part 75 EDRs and Part 60 excess emissions reports via DAS systems
Performing QA/QC using ECMPS , Excel, and proprietary VIM data evaluation tools
Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving reporting discrepancies
Communicating clear, concise findings and summaries to clients
Develop and maintain 40 CFR Parts 60, 63, and 75 CEMS Quality Assurance and Monitoring Plans
Become proficient in CEMLink DAS software, with emphasis on compliance-related functionality
Conduct air permit reviews and regulatory assessments
Monitor and research upcoming environmental regulations and communicate potential impacts internally
Support client inquiries and assist with customer support as needed
Participate in internal quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Travel occasionally to client sites, conferences, or user group meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the CEMS / DAS / air compliance industry
Strong working knowledge of federal air regulations related to CEMS
Proven ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to clients and internal teams
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting EPA reporting systems (ECMPS)
Advanced Excel skills for data validation and analysis
Prior client-facing or consulting experience
Familiarity with QA/QC frameworks in environmental compliance
