Responsibilities

Manage program-level budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking across multiple product families

Support value-based investment decisions and ensure alignment with federal IT investment frameworks (e.g., TechStat, CPIC)

Translate technical progress into financial impact metrics and communicate ROI to leadership and client stakeholders

Synthesize financial, schedule, and performance data into clear, actionable reports for senior executives

Ensure adherence to federal financial management standards and reporting requirements

Partner with Program Manager and technical leads to integrate financial transparency into delivery cadence and milestones

Required

Bachelor's degree with at least nine years of experience or a master's degree with at least seven years of experience

Considerable experience in financial management or business operations for large federal IT programs

Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost analysis, and federal IT investment frameworks (TechStat, CPIC)

Ability to synthesize complex financial, schedule, and performance data for executive-level reporting

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ Public Trust or higher clearance

Preferred

PMP or PgMP certification preferred

Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or similar credential strongly preferred

Experience with DOJ or other federal agency financial systems and compliance requirements
