Responsibilities
Lead analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of enterprise software applications and middleware
Design, code, test, implement, and support applications delivered on time and within budget
Provide technical leadership for Angular-based front-end and Spring Boot back-end solutions
Participate in component, data architecture, and integration design
Ensure applications comply with architectural, quality, and security standards
Consult during project planning with clients, business analysts, architects, and technical teams
Estimate effort, assign tasks, and monitor milestones and critical dates
Identify and mitigate schedule, technical, and delivery risks
Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership
Develop integrated solutions across enterprise and legacy systems
Support modernization, consolidation, and coordination of applications
Evaluate buy vs. build options, including COTS and open-source solutions
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, patches, and certificates
Lead and support unit testing, integration testing, QA, UAT, and regression testing
Coordinate with configuration management for integration builds and deployments
Provide Tier III (integration-level) support and root-cause analysis
Ensure applications are production-ready and properly documented
Review code and designs for quality, performance, and compliance
Define and enforce development standards and best practices
Incorporate security, confidentiality, and data integrity controls into solutions
Maintain system and architecture documentation
Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and best practices
Support architects with technical decisions, prototyping, and tool selection
Assist with stakeholder engagement, demos, and solution presentations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend)
Full SDLC experience in enterprise application development
Experience with middleware, system integration, and legacy systems
Knowledge of web platforms, UI/UX principles, and mobile-first design
Familiarity with cloud solutions (SaaS/IaaS), security controls, and enterprise infrastructure
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience leading projects and acting as a team lead
Programming and systems analysis experience
Demonstrated project experience using Angular (11+)
Demonstrated project experience using Spring Boot
Demonstrated project experience with Java 8+
Demonstrated project experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript
Demonstrated project experience with responsive and adaptive UI/UX design or development and supporting technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.)
Experience working with an RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
Experience with RESTful Web Services or APIs and supporting tools (Postman, Swagger, JMeter, etc.)
Experience with data exchange and serialization languages, formats, or technologies (JSON, YAML, XML, etc.)
Preferred
demonstrated project experience using React
demonstrated project experience with J2EE
