Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and back-end systems using SQL Server and related technologies (e.g., .NET, C# if applicable)
Database Architecture & Optimization: Architect robust and scalable SQL Server databases, including designing schemas, in memory optimization, writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and implementing performance tuning strategies (indexing, execution plan analysis)
User Interface Development: Build dynamic, responsive, and reusable front-end components and libraries, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance
API Integration: Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless data flow and integration between the front-end and back-end systems
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues across the entire application stack
Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Documentation & Testing: Prepare technical documentation and specifications and implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application reliability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a full-stack or senior software developer, with significant hands-on experience in both React and Microsoft SQL Server development
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js (including hooks, state management with Redux/Flux), HTML5, and CSS3
Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, database design principles, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques
Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and front-end build tools (Webpack)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field along with 7 years of work experience
