They are seeking a skilled Collections Manager to lead a team of collectors, ensure compliance with internal policies, and drive recovery performance through strategy and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, strong cross-talk, and motivate collection agents to maximize recovery rates and efficiency

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Foster a results-driven, compliant, and professional collections culture

Develop and implement collection strategies based on risk level, payment behavior, and merchant financial analysis

Manage the inventory to ensure it is worked properly

Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts for legal, UCC, or litigation review

Work with our admin team and in-house legal team to resolve issues and recover funds

Required

Proven background in collections or financial services, with leadership experience

Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet recovery targets

Ability to find creative solutions for complex merchant situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Preferred

Working knowledge of UCC process, post-judgment remedies, lien enforcement, and litigation escalation

Experience working with high-volume portfolios
