Responsibilities

Assist in developing B2B social media content that elevates SiriusXM Media’s leadership in audio innovation and advertising
Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to brainstorm social campaigns that build brand awareness, credibility, and trust with advertisers and partners
Support thought leadership initiatives, including our Internal Influencer Program, industry articles, event coverage, and LinkedIn Lives
Manage and maintain content calendars and workflows to ensure social content and campaigns are delivered and published on time
Monitor social conversations and listening metrics to identify engagement opportunities, emerging topics, and ways to foster more meaningful dialogue with industry audiences
Bring a fresh perspective to help evolve our social media approach, staying on top of the latest B2B trends, platform updates, and creative formats to keep our content competitive
Monitor and analyze social media performance, helping translate metrics and insights into actionable learnings that improve future content and campaigns

Required

Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (MBA students graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship
Pursuing/have a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, cultural trends, music, podcasts, and entertainment
A creative mindset with a developing eye for compelling visuals and social media copy
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
You must be 18 years of age or older
Must have legal right to work in the U.S

Preferred

Exposure to social media management tools such as Sprout Social (a plus)
