InternBauer's Intelligent Transportation is redefining transportation in the Bay Area, and they are seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to support their marketing and sales efforts. This hands-on internship will provide exposure to lead management, sales coordination, and business analytics while working directly with the sales team and utilizing HubSpot.

Responsibilities
Monitor incoming leads from the website, PPC campaigns, and inbound channels
Accurately distribute leads to the appropriate sales reps
Maintain clean, organized lead records
Ensure proper tagging, source tracking, and attribution
Work directly with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up
Assist with tracking pipeline activity and lead response
Help identify bottlenecks or gaps in lead distribution
Assist with weekly internal marketing and sales reports
Track lead volume, conversion trends, and campaign performance
Support performance summaries used by leadership
Capture content (photos & videos) & compose blogs
Assist with drafting LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram posts
Help organize content ideas and scheduling
Track basic engagement metrics and performance
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Interested in marketing, sales operations, or business growth
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in person at Pier 50, San Francisco
Preferred
Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM
Experience with social media or content creation
