Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple IT projects from definition through delivery
Develop and maintain project management standards and best practices
Build and manage an enterprise project portfolio and project repository
Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and reporting
Create project documentation including user guides, system guides, and workflow diagrams
Coordinate project activities across technical, business, and leadership teams
Ensure clear communication of requirements to stakeholders and development teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing IT projects using PMI standards and processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with project/work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRDs, FDDs, TDDs, user stories, test cases, RTMs)
Experience with software and database development concepts, QA processes, and workflow design
Strong background in business process mapping and creating business cases, benefit analysis, and risk assessments
Experience managing full project or software development life cycles
PMP or PgMP certification required
Experience in K–12 education IT projects is a plus
Preferred
Agile and Scrum experience
Additional project management certifications
