Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to investigate and resolve transaction disputes and chargebacks for a business credit card product
This role includes end-to-end dispute handling, customer communication, transaction analysis, and risk assessment
You will analyze claims and supporting documentation, identify fraud and high-risk behavior, and make evidence-based decisions in line with card network rules and internal policies
The role partners cross-functionally with Risk, Policy, and Product teams and may support multiple workflows as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in credit card disputes or chargeback management (issuer-side preferred)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and time management skills
Experience identifying fraud and abuse using transaction-level data
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
