New Grad, Entry LevelOdyssey Information Services is looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the organization. This role will primarily focus on recruiting in a manufacturing environment, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Sourcing candidates through internal channels, direct applicants, and external staffing vendors
Attending job fairs or college recruiting events as needed
Assisting with onboarding activities, including preparing and distributing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and managing drug screening processes
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment
Ability to partner closely with hiring managers
Skills in coordinating interviews
Ability to collect and communicate candidate feedback
Experience moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process
Skills in sourcing candidates through internal channels, direct applicants, and external staffing vendors
Willingness to attend job fairs or college recruiting events as needed
Experience assisting with onboarding activities
Ability to prepare and distribute offer letters
Skills in coordinating background checks
