Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can develop code, configure applications, and define job schedules for high-risk, highly complex systems
Install, maintain, and upgrade software and critical system components
Execute and own code deployments across multiple environments
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal and external partners
Create advanced, critical-path, and cross-functional technical designs
Contribute to enterprise architecture, standards, and long-term technical direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration design and implementation
Support database design and ensure technical consistency across platforms
Approve and conduct design and code reviews
Review and approve test plans, test execution, and validation results
Define and apply architecture, governance, security, and global process standards
Establish, maintain, and enforce coding and configuration best practices
Monitor system performance and analyze results against benchmarks
Create and review performance testing scenarios, results, and tuning recommendations
Perform technical analysis to evaluate solution options and trade-offs
Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
Participate in RFP processes and vendor evaluations
Define and communicate technical environment requirements and project scope

Required

8–9+ years of experience in systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering
Strong hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting large VM environments
Proficiency in scripting and configuration management tools
Hands-on experience with: AWS, Azure, GitHub, Puppet, Jenkins, SUSE Linux
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility and adaptability in complex technical environments
Bachelor's Degree and 8–9 years of directly relevant experience
Equivalent experience may be considered: PhD or Law degree + 6 years, Master's degree + 7 years, Associate degree + 9 years, High School diploma + 10 years

Preferred

Experience with internal enterprise platform tools
Basic knowledge of SAP
Experience using Terraform
