Technology Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Fintech Software Support Solutions Specialist with proven experience in technical support and software troubleshooting. Helpdesk/Tech Support/Customer Service experience (at least 1yr)
Strong problem-solving, empathy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work rotating after-hours support (one day per week)
Over the phone/Call Center support
MS Office/365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
IT basics
Basic understanding of MySQL and writing queries
Printer/Scanner troubleshooting
Good written/verbal communication
Detail-oriented
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
Banking/Finance experience
Industry knowledge and understanding of payment processing, ACH, credit card, banking terminology etc
SOP/process documentation
Proprietary software training experience
Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
Strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service while working with end-users at various technical levels
