Responsibilities
Maintain and repair doors, cabinetry and millwork
Maintain pools and surrounding areas
Maintain lighting through frequent bulb replacement & occasional fixture or ballast replacement
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
One to two years of experience in general maintenance is required
Must possess a working knowledge of carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, roofing, painting and associated building trades
Must be able to perform or be capable of learning pool and spa care and gym equipment maintenance
Must understand and demonstrate Canyon Ranch's standards of excellence and meet them in work performance, ensuring the best guest experience
Must have good communication and writing skills; must be able to work with a variety of people
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to work well under pressure and with deadlines
Must be able to work productively independently and/or with minimum supervision
Must be able to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Must be knowledgeable in safety regulations and be safety conscious
Preferred
One year of commercial maintenance technician work is preferred
