Responsibilities
Manages the Office of Research Compliance email account. Monitors all compliance databases and corresponding spreadsheet for expiration dates of compliance
Confirms and tracks enrollment in Occupational Health Program for all participants listed on IACUC and IBC protocols
Maintains the corresponding spreadsheet in shared database to track enrollment and training of researchers
Assisting the office with electronic or mail submissions of IRB, IACUC, and IBC research protocols
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University. (Minimum of 9 credit hours during the regular fall and spring semesters and 6 semester credit hours for the summer semester)
Must be in good academic standing
No prior experience
