Responsibilities
Lead and support the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
Support internal controls, audits, and external audit requests
Assist with treasury and cash management activities
Partner with leadership to develop and improve accounting processes
Support the integration of a subsidiary into the company's accounting systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting experience required (Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred)
Corporate accounting experience with a strong understanding of month-end close processes
CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA exams
Experience with accounting system implementations is a plus
Demonstrated history of job stability
