TEMP Customer Service Representative
FlexStaff is hiring a TEMP Customer Service Representative, focused on delivering outstanding service and support to patients. The role involves managing calls, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the success of the Patient Access Department.

Responsibilities
Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Address patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns, including billing issues, medical inquiries, and technical support. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Accurately enter patient information and interaction details into the company EMR. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and call handling guidelines. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on office and department policies, services, and best practices
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals. Share insights and feedback to help improve processes and patient satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
Preferred
Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required
