As a Data Governance Consultant, you will help organizations turn data into a trusted, high-value asset by designing and delivering modern Data Governance frameworks that enable better decision-making and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver modern Data Governance frameworks aligned to DAMA best practice for our clients
Act as SME across Data Governance, Data Quality (DQ), and Master Data Management (MDM)
Implement governance platforms including Collibra, Alation, and other cloud-native data catalogs
Define and operationalise Data Ownership and Stewardship models
Establish business glossaries, metadata, lineage, and governance workflows
Work closely with strategic partners such as Collibra and Alation on client implementations
Embed Data Quality rules, monitoring, and remediation processes
Support MDM initiatives including golden record and reference data governance
Ensure compliance with GDPR and emerging data and AI regulations
Deliver training to Data Owners and Data Stewards
Demonstrate business value through clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
Work as part of a global delivery team across multiple regions and clients
Deliver training and enablement sessions for Data Owners, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure governance is adopted and operationalised
Qualification
Required
Experienced in the use or deployment of Data Governance tools (Collibra, Informatica etc)
Able to provide guidance to clients on effective data management and communication of data through associated tools
At least 2 years of experience working in a Data Governance function
Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
Ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks aligned with organizational goals
Strong problem-solving skills to enhance data governance effectiveness
Exceptional attention to detail when working with complex data sets
Commitment to ensuring accuracy and completeness in data governance processes
Ability to contribute to strategic data governance initiatives
Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships at all business levels
Capability in high-level data modelling to support data governance initiatives
