Responsibilities
Create content for Henkel's social media channels (@henkeltalent on Instagram; @henkel on TikTok) to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities
Support the launch and ongoing activation of Henkel's student ambassador program
Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction
Assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2026, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences
Qualification
Required
Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
Hands-on experience creating social media and video content for a company, personal brand, student organization or campus club
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (with ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement with students and early-career audiences
